Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
A social media officer is needed to join the staff of a recently established technical school in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The organization's primary goal is to produce 16–18-year-old kids who are professionally prepared and skilled by giving them the educational preparation and tools they need to succeed in the workforce of today. This position will be in charge of creating internal communications and promoting initiatives for external communication. The candidate will oversee the majority of the department's online and social media visibility and presence, in addition to helping with a variety of departmental tasks and duties. 
Job Specifications: 
Work with digital communication and marketing specialists to effectively implement communications and marketing strategies on all social media platforms. Work with communication and marketing specialists to plan and develop TCM/TCA internal and external digital communication programs. Making sure that feedback and ongoing development are incorporated into the communication processes by monitoring and assessing the performance of external digital communications initiatives. Create and edit content for social media, including press releases, articles, blog posts, websites, and brochures. Create media content, including quick films and center videos. Media coverage of main center events: photography & videography. Coordinate with suppliers to finalize artwork and deliveries. Maintaining the website up to date with activities, news, and photos. Feeding social media accounts with central office news and posts. Update databases and media lists. Track implemented projects and media exposure. Facilitate effective internal communications. Provide administrative support to the communication coordinator. Attend meetings, prepare presentations if required, and draft minutes of meetings. Prepare marketing reports. Uphold the department of communication's archiving system. 
Organize Events: 
Requires Prior Experience One to three years of experience in social media and marketing roles. Education Required:
